The order I received was slightly different to one ordered but was picked up by them very quickly, (before I noticed). They immediately contacted to advise of their mistake and offered to collect and exchange for correct one or I could keep the one I had, which was slightly more expensive. I decided to keep it and this was no problem to them. Courteous and friendly service. I am pleased with the product and efficiency of delivery.
