We've had a product from them for 18 months, and I contacted them for advice over a fault. Was told that it was still under a two year guarantee, and after a few attempts at following their advice on how to sort it, posted it off to them on Friday, ordinary mail, and after testing it they returned a replacement which was with us by Tuesday!
