Being German the plug for the radio is a European 2 pin which has an adaptor to use in Britain ,which is ok except that it sticks out a bit from the wall....I wanted to cut off the original plug and fit a geniuine UK plug unfortunately the original plug incorporates the transformer in a single unit so my original idea cannot be carried out . So I have to put up with it . The radio itself is fine.
