As a total novice to sound systems, Jon has talked me through the myriad of options enabling me to make an informed decision. I found Jon straight talking with none of the usual BS of pushing for a sale which, is a breath of fresh air. Jon has since followed up the sale with a level of customer service that you just don't experience these days and with that level of care, I am certainly going to be a returning customer.
