From start to finish it was clear that this company would look after your purchase. As it turned out unfortunately the CD part of the system did not work. They had already given a discount as I couldn't get the colour I wanted. When I returned the item they gave a refund before the item got to them as their office was going to close for the holidays and they didn't want me to be without the money for that length of time. This is a lot better service than some places I could mention.
