iselect 5" DAB with optional iPod dock. Problem with speaker when it arrived. Vibration when bass running through it. Reported issue via email and had reply same day with suggestions to try to resolve fault. Fault could not be rectified so speaker was replaced without any issue. product itself is very good, easy to install and set up. Would recommend an additional DAB ariel though (as pointed out on the site) as the one supplied is poor. iPod dock connects very easily. Sound quality is good, when the bass, treble and loudness settings are adjusted a bit. Over all very good piece of kit and easy to install. Makes new kitchen seem much more high tech. Experience with BuyCleverStuff team was very good and the support given was excellent. Overall i am very happy with the radio and the web site team have been great. Paul
