I dealt with a very helpful chap. I've bought a Soundmaster DAB radio to go under one of the units in the new kitchen I've just fitted, and we both thought that a more serious aerial, rather than the little one that comes with the radio, would be a good idea. However, the unit's aerial is more than good enough so the extra one was a waste of money - but we didn't know that reception in our area was going to be that good. No problem though, because I'm very pleased with the performance of the radio!
