Having purchased a KB Space 6" Ceiling Speaker System, I found the installation and operating instructions received with the Spanish system to be worse than useless.
However there are downloaded-able PDF instructions on the web site of Buy Clever Stuff which help a little.
Telephone back up service and advice from Jon and his team is excellent, professional and accurate!
Once installed and working the unit is neat, unobtrusive and the sound quality excellent.
