I have been using Buyee for about three years. From my experience, they are one of the only ones that will bid on your behalf for goods in Japan. While I would say their fees are neither high nor low, I have never (knock-on-wood), had an issue yet. Easy to bid, easy to monitor your auctions, and easy to check out.
