Customer service is unhelpful, they will not provide you with any information, they overcharge significantly on shipping and fees, and are just inferior to any other proxy site you could choose. The packages are not protected well, all package changes are final, and shipping can be denied up to their discretion. Do yourself a favor and find another proxy site. They pay for these reviews by offering their customers 500 yen coupons.
