Buyee gave me access to buy directly from Japan sites which I don't have access before. The platform is very user-friendly especially to new user like me. I was able to buy kpop merchandise that I am looking for from Mercari. But there are a few things I don't like much which are as follow: -the fixed 500yen free regardless of the value of item to purchase -unable to select multiple items in the cart for checkout (I had to checkout each item one at a time) -unable to chat directly with the seller in case of questions or request for more picture of the items Overall, I might still use buyee service in the future but have to think a lot much more because of the abovementioned drawbacks.
