I had a missing item which I paid for item, service, consolidation and domestic fees. However, only a partial refund of the item cost was given. I feel that at the very least they should refund me the service, consolidation and domestic fees as well since it was a mistake on their part. Though I feel most proxy services work the same way, I am pretty sure I will not use buyee for yahoo auction items ever again. (The fees are just way too high anyway)
