I been using Buyee since they started, right now they are getting worst and try to charge fees on many things. The recently added "2800yen customs clearance fee " is the worst. If you want to save money to shop in Japan, there are more options online if you willing to search it.
Also there customer service is terrible! You are like talking to a robot and you will never get your answer.
If you see any good review from them its because they are giving out coupon for good review. Stay away from them!
