These guys are impossible. They want to ship by the most expensive method (carrier). You have no choice, to pick FedEx, UPS - they always use DHL, which is more expensive. If you ask
customer service a question, the response is usually nonsense.
Like many who have posted comments, stay away. When you do have a problem, you will be screwed.
