Kept seeing additional
Shipping charge for domestic items which should have been free according the the auction.
Was sent a blatantly incorrect item from
mercari, I even contacted the shop
Owner who admitted sending the wrong item as he was out of stock.
Buyee customer services refused to help
And just sent me bizarre emails saying i should not ask for a refund or expect and investigation and next time i need to Pay more for their inspection services.
I raised it with paypal and awaiting the dispute result.
