Horrible. I bought a cd and not only got shipped a burned cd from the original seller, but the product was completely broken upon arrival. Because the seller did not post pictures of the actual cd they refused to give a refund despite me having the standard plan and the case being cracked and scratched. I wasted the money on the cd and they did not honor the plan that promised to give a refund on broken product.
