I wish I could give Buyee ZERO stars. I purchased a rare collector’s item through Buyee’s auction service and paid a premium price. The seller’s listing clearly showed a 2012 ADA Amazonia Powder, but what I received was a cheap, recent batch worth a fraction of the price. I submitted photo evidence and Buyee themselves acknowledged that the product packaging was different from what was advertised. Instead of protecting the buyer, they brushed me off with the ridiculous excuse: “the bags may be different, but the contents are the same.” Then they closed my case without refunding me a single cent! This is not buyer protection – this is supporting dishonest sellers. I spent hundreds for something rare and valuable, only to be cheated and told to accept it. Buyee is complicit in fraud, and if you value your money and trust, DO NOT use Buyee. They will not stand by buyers when things go wrong.
