Purchased an item that was described as complete and unopened. Upon arrival the package had clearly been opened and half the parts were missing. Customer service were completely dismissive and refused to open a case or even contact the seller. Even though I provided photos of what was missing. Scam site. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
