I'm first time using buyee. Generally customer service is responsive with email replies within 24h. Unfortunately online associates are not available on Saturdays and Sundays when it matters most. Fees are high. Each purchase costs ¥500 at the most basic (¥300 service fee + ¥200 payment fee). That makes it very costly to buy stuffs less than ¥2,500. Worst is it takes too long between receiving our orders and actually making the purchase, thus risking missing out on listings with very good offers. This should be improved. There should be associates on standby 24/7 to execute order requests promptly.
