I've been buying mostly designer clothes and accessories with their service for few years now without any issues. Their app has great interface and is quite easy to use. However, I do think that their fees add up quickly making it a bit expensive. As for delivery, my last purchase was sent from their warehouse a month ago with an estimated arrival time of 6 days - I still haven't received my shipment but this could perhaps be a delay due to pandemic...
