Seller did not fulfill shipment promise…
Seller did not fulfill shipment promise and did not ship. Buyee just continued to ask me to wait for seller's response and when he /she can ship. I waited for about 2 months and still waiting. Asked for refund but Buyee just refused. They basically protect sellers. Poor customer service, They either do not response on time or chose not to reply. When a reply came it does not answer your query then you have to ask and wait again.
