I use them to order arcade equipment from Japan that is hard to find elsewhere. The whole process is very easy. When I asked them a service question they were quick to respond.
Their fees are very reasonable, but you are better off ordering large expensive items rather than lots of small cheap ones. Postage can be quite high but they do allow you to combine items so it is worth being mindful.
