Most transactions have been easy and satisfactory. Goods arrived with no problem. However, recent purchase arrived with one item missing and one item broken. Customer service is asking for photo documentation worthy of a crime scene - and if other complaints on this thread are true, it remains to be seen if they will do me any good.
