So far I've made 3 purchases on mercari and I'm satisfied. For a few weeks I've been looking for 3 specific items and I found them on buyee. The price was very good and the customer service seemed to be very reliable and helpful(they contacted me once with a question about one of the products). The shipping cost can be a bit expansive but thanks to the lot of coupons it can be reduced. For my first 3 purchases I got like 6000 yen discount (5k for shipping and 1k for product)!
