In November 2021 we ordered a television via the site. We received the television as expected but the screen was blown. This is where the trouble started. At first we asked for the same television to be sent back to us, unfortunately it was no longer in stock. A sales representative told us that we had to pay the difference to receive a similar television. He refused to make a commercial gesture for the inconvenience caused (exempt us from this difference of around €60) and offered us a full refund. We didn't find it right to do so (they probably had their reasons) so we opted for a full refund. AND AFTER IT'S A BIG JOKE! They asked us several times for bank details before confirming that the refund was in progress. When we ask for an update, they ask us again for our bank details and reconfirm that the refund is in progress (which is a lie since it has been going on for weeks). We finally received a partial refund in January. So we claimed the remaining amount and they started asking us again for bank details and confirming that the refund is in progress, etc... Your refund process is SCANDALOUS! We are in February and today again you are redeeming my partner's bank details. Do your job properly and stop taking people for idi*ts.
