I needed a small spare part for my BBQ, but after being dismissed by Appliances Direct, I wasn't able to purchase it. As a result, my two-year-old BBQ is now useless and will have to be scrapped.
When I escalated the issue, I was warned that taking the matter to a small claims court could take up to two years. I found this a strange and discouraging way to start a conversation.
All in all, this has been a disappointing purchase. I will be buying from John Lewis next time.
