Ordered an armchair and it never arrived. Contacted their Customer Support. Was firstly told that I should give them 5 days to investigate with the delivery company. 5 days later, I reach back out - they tell me wait another 48 hours as the delivery company did not reply. They’re now unresponsive, I have no armchair and they will not issue me a refund. This is not a small parcel, and not something I could have easily missed! Terrible support - I am out €600! Do not order from this company - serious scam and will be bringing this further. Paid almost €100 for delivery, honestly cannot believe this company
