I bought the Ninja Artisan pizza oven along with “stand and cover”. Price was very good, and for a UK company delivering to Ireland, the delivery was excellent. Unfortunately, the “cover” they provided was for a completely different model and was half the size of my oven. When I complained, they first offered an insulting £5 refund/voucher, then after further argument on my part they said my “ refund of €20.79 has been processed”. The cost price of the item is twice that if purchased outside of the bundle, and several other vendors offered the bundle. I have been deceived into purchasing two thirds of a product and left out of pocket as a result.
