Warning to trade customers
Warning: If you are trade customer or small business, avoid buying from Appliances Direct at all costs. I paid £400 for a hob which was seemingly damaged in transit when we opened it. We sent photos and a request to our "Account Manager" for a replacement who got one of his support staff to call us to say that they will not replace the hob due to the time that had passed. They offered us £70 in lieu of a replacement which is a joke. I now need to purchase another hob and to complete my customer's job. Their customer services is a disgrace so be fore warned.
