I ordered a mini fridge which was available for delivery before Christmas, and I paid an extra €15 for fast delivery. After sending continual messages to this company, (it is absolutely impossible to ever speak to anyone) a few days before Christmas I received an email saying the item would be arriving sometime after Christmas. After many heated emails later, I received a refund for the postage and I also receive the item in time for Christmas. The fridge was exactly what I wanted.
