Pleasantly surprised - this big over-oven extractor arrived in Ireland within 3 working days! Good looking product, really works well - was cooking bacon standing next to my veggie daughter yesterday (she wouldn't have come within 5 yards with the previous extractor at full speed). Easy enough to fit, but a printed template to ensure holes are drilled in the right place would have been a big help.
