Some people have had a nightmare with returns but mine was handled quickly and efficiently. Faulty Karcher K7 was returned and evaluated within a day or so, offered a replacement or refund via a phone call. Accepted full refund that was was sent to the card I had used to pay for it within 2 hours. All postage taken care of by them. Top marks to be fair.
