I bought a cooffee maker which had a slight crack in the tank; I contacted Buy it Direct and the response was immedaite; some pictures of the damage were required and immediately my coffee maker was picked up by courier. I would have settled for a replacement tank but instead without the slighest haggling I received a full refund; of course I will purchase a new one from this company/ Fantastic service
