I bought an oven 3 weeks ago and it has still not arrived. At this rate we will have no oven for Christmas.
It is very hard to reach anyone in customer service. The courier company that buy it direct use are of no use at all, and should be changed. I will never use this company again after the stress it has caused been let down so badly for Christmas
