I bought laptop from them.After 3 months laptop sound card started to crack ,tried to contact them,no answer.You need to pay extra moneys to speak with them on 0871 984 4416. I tried to call on East Midlands Store on 01773 814665 no anwer just voicemail. Their repair centre based in Poland and polish branch do nothing at all.It is not possible to registered my laptop on their system.Small claims court will be only option.Since you pay for your item ,they will not care. Best regards, For Krzysztof Opałka, For the last 2 months was problems with BIOS,which i managed to solve.There is a problem with sound card.I updated all the drivers,used all options and sound stil cracking.IT technician told it can be the problem with the sound card.If i restarting then it can be fine for 1 hour and then again,sound cracking issues.
