Discovered after (eventually) assembling bbq 8 months after receipt:( that gas regulator switch had broken off in transit. Contacted Customer Service not really expecting a reply. Had email response immediately. Received replacement regulator and hose in the post after phone call with Courtney. All in all excellent customer service.
