First if all the item I bought was in good order accept for a slight bend on one of the corners of the extractor chimney but it was ok. I was told 2/3 days for delivery and it was delivered late 6 days late, not really a problem accept that when I contacted customer service several times after the failed delivery I was told be different agents different times and dates every time. I took time off work to be there for the delivery so did my wife. Being a sensible person I put the blame on the delivery service which is notorious for bad deliveries. Apart from the disgraceful delivery problems I would still go back to "buy it direct". There customer service is not professional and they don't sing off the same note but the product is good and the prices are remarkable.
