I found buy it direct to be amazing value for money, we bought a double bed which arrived in perfect condition and amazing quality, when I did phone to enquire about delivery staff were very friendly and helpful, courier was good however they did say they wld phone before delivery to arrange delivery however they didn't and I was lucky we were home , but otherwise very happy
