I ordered two large electrical items,unfortunately they did not arrive on specified day. I could not contact couriers. I contacted customer service and they sorted it out and gave me delivery date. It did arrive on that day,thankfully. There is a shelve missing from oven so again contacted customer service. They sorted it out and I am awaiting the shelve.
