Pathetic service levels. I spent over £2300 with these cowboys and they can't even deliver working items. Delivery was on time but when we went to install the items there were numerous problems. The customer service department is a joke and the lack of concern quite incredible for a company in this sector
I have just been informed an engineer will call to inspect my Microwave. I ordered just about everything else other than a Microwave.
