Item arrived very late after paying for express post. Got bounced around from customer service agent to customer service agent telling me the same thing that it is on its way but never actually had the issue resolved. They just kept telling me to wait. Contact attempts then became essentially ignored. Very bad customer service and they use an even worse courier service. Great item though! Very happy once it FINALLY arrived.
