First time using buy it direct. Ordered a phone over 2 MONTHS ago, paid €400 for it. Still haven't recieved the phone. They said there was a problem with the courier and there investigating it,that was 6 weeks ago. I asked for a refund, they wont give it. Now I have to go to solicitor and take it further.
Long story short, I would not use this company to buy anything from. There nothing short of criminal.
