Impossible to deal with - I returned 2 dresses, provided all the photographs they required, received an email saying I would receive a refund and then NOTHING but more emails saying they can't figure out which items I had returned.
I spent hours providing pictures of the 2 dresses I kept, summaries of all the emails back and forth, and now they won't even respond to my email. I've started a dispute with my credit card company since BUYKUD won't cooperate. Don't buy from this company!
