“I ordered two items. My billing address is different from my delivery address. One of the items I ordered was delivered at the BILLING ADDRESS - a BANK 🙃🙃🙃. How I got to notice was a day after placing the order, and each time I use the tracking, I'd get a message that 'this code has expired'. Contacted the to intercept delivery and send to correct address, told too late. Can't help items shipped and delivered. Checked with Shop, it shows one item delivered. I have no clue what happened to the other item as it doesn't give any information on it yet these were ordered at the same time. Don't use them... No support once that payment successful message pops up, you're on your own.”

“I tried to return things that didn’t fit and they were totally unresponsive. You have to call and leave messages to get the address to send things. I contacted them at least 5 times before they sent a return address but only half came in the message. I spent too much time on this and finally gave up. Don’t deal with this company. It’s not worth the trouble!”

“Ive waited on a shirt since Nov 8, haha I'm still waiting, this is ridiculous folks!! When you buy you can expect to wait at least 7 to 10 days!! Not this company at least 30 to 32 days. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN!! Once they have your money you are No longer needed!!.be aware!! It was supposed to be a gift, but dont count on them to get your package to you in a timely manner! .a last for me!!”

“BUYER BEWARE! The clothes are bizarre sizes. Hugely wide and very short. I am trying to return 3 items and they have ignored all my emails, so I do not have an address to return the items to, or a return slip. Will not buy again.”

“After reading some of the reviews, I feel it is neccessary to add mine. It is unfortuante that some people have had bad experiences. I have not. I love everything I have ordered and continue to order from them. They are a company that is based in Hong Kong, so the asian sizes run smaller. This is to be expected. I absolutely love their shoes and boots. Very high quality and very comfortable. As for the length of delivery, I live on the west coast of the US and my items come at about 3 weeks. The delivery time listed is most likely for local orders. I have not needed to return anything, so do not have any experience theree. Amazon also sells their items, so maybe that is a better way to order since they have a good return policy. This is a company that I will continue to order from.”

“Nenakupujte tady,prosim,pokud chcete vratit zbozi,prestanou se vam ozyvat,nelze zjiskat adresu,kam zbozi odeslat a jak zjiskat stitek na balicek.Zbozi vypada uplne jinak,nez na obrazku,kvalita je strasna.Jsem zhusena tim,jak nadrzo muze nekdo takto okradat zakazniky,kteri se nemaji jak branit.Jedine hlasit na inspekci!!!”

“I placed an order on April 22. It is now May 14. From what I can tell, this order has sat in LA for five days. I place orders in Sweden, London and France and have received the items in a timely manner. Not BUYKUD! I will not be ordering from this company again.”

“The clothes are lovely but there is absolutely no way to return an item if it doesn't fit. In order to make a return you must be sent a form. I have begged for the form and they refuse to email it to me.”

“This company went OVER AND ABOVE to deliver an order that didn't make it to me the first time. I already love the clothes -- they're made well, and they're not cookie-cutter pieces you'd find anywhere. I love that. Also, I hate to shop in person, so do most of my clothing shopping on line. I've experienced poorly made, complicated return policies, and shipping problems. Buykud has been the opposite experience for me. They rock in my book!!”

“I have ordered a lot of their clothes and very happy with them. The fabric has always been good. The sizing is small so you have to size up. Delivery is a bit longer since it is coming from Asia .”

“I’m very happy with the quality of my retro gingham plus size top that has just arrived. My complaint about it is that it is far shorter than the top that is shown in the picture. I will have to wear a longer top under it which sort of defeats the purpose of buying a nice cotton top for summer.”

“Their clothes for winter and autumn are particularly good. Cozy and comfortable. I have ordered trousers, jackets, dresses and hoodies over the years. Always worth the price. I'm currently waiting for an order of a jacket and trousers. I order Plus Size so the fit is always spot on. I ordered a dress for the summer and returned it because it wasn't what I expected. That didn't stop me from ordering again.”
