“i was so worried after reading the reviews...but I love everything in my entire order. Cute and quirky....nice quality. Stuff I would not have found anywhere else. Totally satisfied!!!”

“Buyers BEWARE -- this is a SCAM business. I wish I could give 0 stars. Just received my order after a few weeks of waiting. Tried getting a shipping update from their customer service site but my email was never responded to. Sweater is not at ALL what is shown in the photo, and I was sent a necklace instead of the earrings I ordered. HORRIBLE quality. "One size fits all" is not reflective of US sizes. They only post positive reviews on their Buykud (buy crap) website. I spent about $60 bucks. The cost of returning this stuff isn't worth the hassle, so I'm donating instead. Last time I will ever order from these sites abroad!!”

“My mother wanted to buy me some nice dresses when I got pregnant. I ordered from Buykud and it was a complete desaster. In the end I had to pay the cost for sending the clothes, which all did not fit and were poorly fabricated back to China. Never again would I buy there.”

“I had to return a pair of shoes that were of terrible quality. They gave me a return address, I spent more money, and they never refunded the cost of the shoes. After a dozen emails, I gave up. Please research a mail order company before you buy! I’ve learned my lesson.”

“Buyer BEWARE...I have had terrible results with this place. Did what I was instructed to do with return; never got credit for worthless merchandise and this was six months ago. Even consulted BBB and and they got NO results. Very discouraging😠”

“Impossible to deal with - I returned 2 dresses, provided all the photographs they required, received an email saying I would receive a refund and then NOTHING but more emails saying they can't figure out which items I had returned. I spent hours providing pictures of the 2 dresses I kept, summaries of all the emails back and forth, and now they won't even respond to my email. I've started a dispute with my credit card company since BUYKUD won't cooperate. Don't buy from this company!”

“I ordered a pair of “Sperry” penny loafers but when they arrived they were not at all what was advertised (certainly not Sperrys!). I immediately emailed the company asking for a refund and instructions as to how to send the item back. By the next morning I had a reply answering all my questions. They asked I provide a tracking number before they could refund my purchase. I mailed the item back the that day and emailed them the tracking number. By the following morning, I had an email from them telling me my money has been refunded! PayPal also informed me of the refund! Although I wasn’t satisfied with what I ordered, I was more than pleased with the customer service which was surprisingly prompt in not only responding to my emails, but also by refunding my money all in less than 48 hours! Thank you!”

“Shoes advertised as Sperry Penny Loafers. Showed up jammed in a small, cheap bag, no shoe box, no name or size anywhere on shoes. NOT SPERRY's but a cheap, cheap knockoff. But worst part is their "Return Policy." I pay to return and then THEY DECIDE IF THEY"LL REFUND OR NOT. Horrible company. Cheap, falsely averted product without any real recourse for making it right. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!”

“Horrific return policy. Dresswoth faded material sent. Requested refund as goods faulty this was Nov 17 still no refund, I am sending daily emails and posting on every feedback website I can find. These guys are fraudsters even after numerous pictures of the faulty goods sent they still will not refund my money”

“Appeared on my face book page continually and the clothes and site looked very attractive .I ordered and although items were rather expensive .I received them and did not need to try them on to see that the quality was inferior .There was no return details and I had to find email address on line . The return address was from a Unit on an Industrial Estate and a named individual and not a company .The return procedure was not straight forward. I did get my money back but certainly will not use them again .”
