Not even deserving of the star to be honest. Cancelled orders or should I say “rescheduled” to an entirety different day when you won’t be home and you have already paid a premium for groceries to be delivered that day, and really poor attitude and communication from Richard their “Head of Customer Relations”. Items have been missing, or smaller variants delivered whilst charging for their larger counterpart.
