NEVER BUY FROM BUYMOBILES. I bought an iphone 13 in December 23. I have never received it despite paying £200 upfront and £21 per month. Every time i contacted customer services they said I had to wait as there was a stock issue. The last time I contacted they said the company was bought over so there was nothing they could do to help me. They won't offer any refund or let me cancel the contract. Now I'm locked in paying over £500 for a phone I will never receive. This is straight up fraud. NEVER BUY FROM BUYMOBILES.
