“NEVER BUY FROM BUYMOBILES. I bought an iphone 13 in December 23. I have never received it despite paying £200 upfront and £21 per month. Every time i contacted customer services they said I had to wait as there was a stock issue. The last time I contacted they said the company was bought over so there was nothing they could do to help me. They won't offer any refund or let me cancel the contract. Now I'm locked in paying over £500 for a phone I will never receive. This is straight up fraud. NEVER BUY FROM BUYMOBILES.”

“2 years ago I bought a Galaxy S20FE with them with 40+40GB O2 contract for £26. Would've been £33 from the O2 shop directly. Price went up only due to inflation which is understandable. Now I'm on a monthly 10 GB plan for a few £ only but when this phone will be outdated I'll use buymobiles.net again. Can't fault them. Thanks”

“Bunch of scammers. They hounded me for a month before my old contract came to an end. After I renewed with them, They send me a different phone from the one I was promised so I send it back. They never bothered to log it on their system until the 14 day cooling off period had passed at which point the network had renewed my contract. I asked the network to cancel, they couldn't because they had not set it up. Long and short, in order to cancel my non-existent contract for a phone I don't even have - I will need to go on a 1 month rolling contract for an amount to be determined and a starting date to be determined as well! If this isn't day light robbery, I really don't know what is. There is no customer services, just sales teams who seem to get rather aggressive when you tell them you have returned something. Charlatans is what they are - stay away people, not worth the bother.”

“Do not buy one of their refurbished phones. They mislead you with the quality on the website as it being “good as new”, when it is far from that. Now stuck with a contract with a phone that lasts about 4 hrs before dying and randomly stops recharging because the phone overheats. Can only communicate through email as well.”

“If I could give 0stars I would. These people persuaded me over the phone took my bank details not only the sort code and account number but the long card number and the security code. After I hang up I had to call the bank to cancel my card straight away. They were asking me detailed questions that no one before had asked me. Be careful and stay away from them. They’ll get your bank details and do whatever they want with them.”

“Honestly was a quick, easy and atress free experience I've had with this company. I've just cancelled my upgrade with a previous company due to the awful experience I had. And these are amazing. Ordered a new contract last night through them and my it's already back in stock and awaiting shipment Thankyou buy mobiles will definitely get my upgrades from you”

“Tried to get a contract phone with this company. I went through 1.5 long process on a phone, their system got disconnected few times. I didn't pass credit check which was emailed immediately. But days later found that I was charged £250 upfront payment. And I couldn't understand for about 2 hours why my credit card is not working, had to make few calls and have almost filed a card theft application form. So what happened these buggers from buymobiles.net didn't say anything that no matter if I will pass credit score or not, advance payment will be taken out. They did mention small £2.5 credit check payment few times, but not the main one. So now I have lost 2 hours and will be waiting 1.5 weeks to get money back and these guys didn't even say anything in advance”

“Order Number:40990201 I sent back my phone over a week ago after using it for 2 days, under the 14 day money back and i've not herd anything from this company since and i know they have had the phone back now a week and despite me emailing them and getting no reply. 8 days later i finally got a email saying " as you didn't send the phone back in pristine condition we will be charging you £108 or we can send the phone back to you and you can continue using it" What a dirty company Buymobiles.net is, That phone was sent back in pristine condition i even had others look at it and it was perfect with all accessories even the black film on the screen was on the phone. So i had to pay £108 to cancel. NEVER EVER again would i touch "Buymobiles" also their phones are LOCKED. I used the phone for 2 days and they charged me £108 plus the return fee £10.91.”
