Few days ago, I was notified that my product had been dispatched and that I would receive a tracking number. Despite sending many follow-up emails, I have yet to receive an update. I feel mislead and duped. I was assured twice more that the product would be shipped within 24 hours, but I have yet to get a tracking number. They are now operating from a different domain, but their services remain phony and reckless.
