The order arrived promptly. But I was somewhat unhappy as some of the contents were not as I had ordered. However after I contacted their customer support department, they resent the whole order. So overall a good buying experience.
I live within the EU. The package is sent from another EU country so no issues with customs. But allow plenty of time for delivery as even the initial tracking number is not issued immediately.
I have used their service a few times. They are bona fide and also contactable in case of issues.
